We pride ourselves on our democratically structured governance model. Our approach empowers our member organizations by giving them a voice and a vote with which they can change how we work. Member organizations are encouraged to submit rule change proposals in an effort to better refine our policies, rules, and procedures. This allows us to continue being at the forefront of youth soccer in America.
