We're dedicated to bringing soccer to kids in your community. Find out more about the nine geographic districts that make up Cal North and explore your district.
District 1 is a dense urban environment where often the biggest challenge is finding a place for practice or play. Nonetheless, affiliated leagues offer soccer year round - traditional fall leagues, several rapidly growing spring leagues, and a summer league.
Leagues register players to play on teams at all levels of skill - from recreational to competitive.
District 1 teams also participate in Cal North statewide competitions such as CCSL, CNPC, tournaments, and Cal North Cups.
The District 1 Administration is composed of a wonderful group of dedicated volunteers working together to offer new and better opportunities for youth soccer.

They offer youth players of all abilities the opportunity to play the greatest game in the world — and learn some valuable life lessons along the way as well.
Some call it soccer; others futbol, but all can call District 2 home.
Recreational players can play within their home league, or as part of a play-through league that includes teams from several neighboring leagues. Competitive players can play on teams bracketed within a metro area — or all the way up to statewide leagues.
While the primary playing season for District 2 teams is the fall, District 2 also offers a developmental spring season — with tournament play for fun experiences in the summer.

Cal North District 6 affiliated leagues offer soccer traditionally in the fall. However, District 6 also offers a developmental spring season. District 6 leagues offer players of all abilities the opportunity to play soccer whether it is TOPSoccer, Recreational, or Competitive.
TOPSoccer is an Outreach Program for Soccer and is a community-based soccer program that is designed to meet the needs of children aged 4 and older with physical and/or mental disabilities. The program is geared toward player development rather than competition. Recreational players can play within their home league/club, or as part of a play-through league that includes teams from several neighboring leagues/clubs. Competitive players can play on teams bracketed within a metro area or all the way up to statewide leagues. Those with exceptional abilities can pursue the Olympic Development Program (ODP) which helps jettison them to state, regional and US Soccer’s youth national teams.
District 6 teams also participate in Cal North statewide competitions: tournaments, State, Presidents, Association, and Founders Cup. Additionally, District 6 also hosts local tournaments and events within the District.
Besides player development, District 6 also offers opportunities for coach and referee training through regular clinics and courses.
A wonderful group of dedicated volunteers not only serving on the District board; but also serve on our league and club boards as well as being coaches.
