When you think about defending in soccer, you most likely think about defenders, not attacking players. But, it is the front line that is usually the first line of defense, making their job very important!
This module will teach players how to defend from the front, looking at a high press, a low press, and some of the fundamentals that go along with each type.
As always, the module concludes with a quiz to challenge your Soccer IQ and review what you have learned.
