SAN JOSE, Calif — Cal North is proud to host official U.S. Soccer Federation courses and make them available to all coaches in Northern California.
In collaboration with the San Jose Earthquakes, this course will be taking place at PayPal Park facilities and will be an unique experience for all coaches attending.
“We are excited to partner with Cal North to continue to provide coaching education opportunities in the Bay Area," said Shea Salinas, Club Ambassador and Head of Youth Soccer Partnerships for the San Jose Earthquakes. "Our facilities will be a great learning environment for coaches looking to develop and grow their impact in youth soccer. US Soccer has good coaching resources, and we are eager to help make them accessible to parents and coaches," he added.
The U.S. Soccer C License hosted by Cal North is an online and in-person course. This blended format combines an online experience, assignments, small group meetings, independent learning, and in-person meeting.
"I am super excited about the opportunity to work with the San Jose Earthquakes organization and to help provide this course," said Jeremy Williams, Cal North District 2 Administrator. "I think there are some great things we can do to engage with the community and provide a worthwhile, lasting and valuable experience for the student coaches that enroll in the course."
